Mint Homemade Taste is the realization of a mother’s dream. For the past few years, she has devoted herself entirely to her two boys but has never abandoned her passion for cooking, quality ingredients, and crafting recipes filled with love. My name is Patricia Tavares, and my goal is to transform meals into special moments in our customers' homes. Deeply inspired by and appreciative of Brazilian cuisine, I infuse this rich culinary heritage into everything I create and produce for Mint.

I grew up by the wood-burning stove at my grandmothers' house, always curious about what my mother was preparing in those magical pots with such agility and skill, dishes that everyone praised and that brought smiles to their faces. From a very young age, I experienced the warmth and unity that food can bring, and it has always captivated me. After pursuing a different career path in Brazil, I found the opportunity and inspiration here in Canada to turn my passion for cooking into a profession.
